There are not many winemakers who still make wine from the Borgonja grape variety, but those making a sparkling variety are an even more extreme rarity. The Roxanich Les Petites Bulles Istriennes is a limited-edition rosé, zéro dosage, gourmet sparkling wine, made from the Borgonja grape varietal by the classical Méthode Champenoise in 2009. A rose sparkling wine features a beautiful copper color, clear as light honey and bursting with streams of delicate pearlescent bubbles. The aroma is one of ripe cherries and tomatoes, followed by mature yeasts and the scent of vanilla. Balanced and dry, Les Petites Bulles Istriennes are a direct challenge to the vintage wines of the great Champagne houses.

The Roxanich Les Bulles Rose, made by the classic Méthode Champenoise from the autochthonous variety of Borgonja and Teran, is the rare combination of base rosé wine from 2019. It is a balanced sparkling wine, with the intensity of flavor characteristic of the magic of the Borgonja Istriana variety and freshness from Teran. At the same time so natural and so avant-garde, the Les Bulles Rose is a kind of challenge to create the most creative gastronomic creations.
 
The Roxanich Les Bulles Blanc 2019 is made using the classic Méthode Champenoise from the autochthonous variety of Malvazija Istriana. Completely without the addition of liqueur, it leaves an impression of freshness with an emphasis on playfulness. As a sparkling white wine, it is also different from the conventional. It is characterized by the beautiful golden color of the Malvazija Istria, refined by the tiny beading of the bubbles. The aromas of acacia flower and almond milk, later combined with yeasts, give this sparkling wine beautiful final buttery notes.
