PRIVACY STATEMENT
The meaning of the terms used in this Privacy Statement corresponds to the meaning of the terms as defined in the General Terms and Conditions of the ROXANICH website and the ROXANICH web shop.
This Privacy Statement specifies the type of data that can be collected from the users of the ROXANICH website and the ROXANICH web shop, when using the ROXANICH website and the ROXANICH web shop, the manner and purpose of using this data and the steps in the protection of the data in question. The Privacy Statement also contains a description of the choices available to the User in relation to the collection and use of their data.

ROXANICH d.o.o., with its registered office at Kanal 30, as the Data Controller, undertakes to protect the User's personal data, in such a way as to collect only the necessary, basic data on the Users that are necessary for the fulfillment of the contractual and legal obligations of the Seller or the Service Provider; to inform the Users about the manner of use of the collected data, to regularly give the Users the possibility of choosing the use of their data, including the possibility of deciding whether or not to remove their name from the list used for marketing campaigns. All information about Users is kept with strict secrecy and is available only to employees who need this information to perform their work. All employees of ROXANICH d.o.o. and business partners are responsible for compliance with the principles of privacy protection.
Cases are excluded in which the Service Provider is obliged to submit or allow access to the User's personal data by a valid order of authorized state bodies, all in accordance with positive legal regulations.
By using the ROXANICH website and the ROXANICH web shop, the User is deemed to accept the terms and conditions set out in the Privacy Statement. In the event of non-acceptance of the Privacy Statement, the User is kindly requested not to continue using the ROXANICH website and the ROXANICH web shop.
Collection and purposes of the use of personal data
The Service Provider values and protects the privacy of the User. The web hosting service of the ROXANICH website and the ROXANICH web shop is provided by the company AVALON d.o.o., Stjepana Radića 10, Đurđevac. The above means that the ROXANICH website is located on the server of the company mentioned here.
The Service Provider uses the Ascend Business CRM Tool, which is linked to the ROXANICH website and the ROXANICH web shop, and serves for the management of User relations.
With regard to the reservation of services offered on the ROXANICH website, they are made through a separate page https://secure.phobs.net, therefore Users will be directed to it. The site in question does not include payment of the service, it includes the reservation only. The aforementioned site may also collect User data and cookies. Users are directed to review the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the site in question before using it.

The User has the right at any time to inform the Service Provider that they withdraw the consent given for the processing of personal data for certain purposes by sending a statement to the e-mail address below. Upon receipt of the said statement, the Service Provider shall cease the processing of personal data processed on the basis of the User's consent, which has been withdrawn.
In the event that the User considers that their rights to the protection of personal data have been violated, along with sending a complaint to the Service Provider to the below e-mail address, the User has the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency at any time.

Security of personal data of Users
The Service Provider shall take all appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the User's personal data against unauthorised or unlawful treatment. The ROXANICH website and the ROXANICH web shop are protected by a security protocol.
The credit card payment service on the ROXANICH website of the ROXANICH web shop is ensured by the use of the Web Secure Payment Gateway (WSPay).
