Fabus is led by Qian Lu and Nada Benić, who believe in honest cuisine - good quality food and carefully chosen selection of wine, with an "Out of Ordinary" hint. The wine selection is fully natural and/or biodynamic with an interesting selection from Eastern Europe.
Feeling part of the local small business community, Wine Bar Fabus works with the ones that share the same philosophy. It promotes good food from artisans, and aims to get the food ingredients from local small businesses. Also, the carefully selected cured meats that bring the experience of the selected finest products with a long tradition from Croatia should surely not be missed.
